Technology
Communication and social technology advancement has taken a large role in the growth of any developing community. Yorm Mission is developing a program with the help of other volunteers from larger well established corporations and programs to support initiatives in technology awareness.
Mentoring
Programs to support women in their role as leaders is vital to its survival. Knowledge and experience is passed on via social programs and certifications allowing the documentation of individual progress. Women play a unique role in society and should be supported.
Trades
Yorm Mission is not only delivering equipment for the community, we are aiding in developing a wider range of skilled trades within the communities. Hands on training and employment for youth will have a lasting effect both socially and economically. Putting the tools in the right hands .

Education
Project #15: Facilitating educational programs by enlisting industry professionals from around the world to instruct for a period of time to the community members. Instructors will accommodated by Yorm Mission within the communities they serve.
Employment
Project #16: Earning a living to support life is one of the basics that is encouraged. Creating projects that will employ the women and youth after training is completed. Yorm Mission projects are meant to employ locally trained students so that they can give back to the growth of the community.
trades
Project #17: Build a structure behind the education for local community members that participate in organized training. Reward is a mechanism to encourage and foster growth. Putting the trades into a category that will allow recognition and involvement in projects is mandatory.
